The topic is Learning Management Systems:
Are you drowning in sign-off forms, assessments, feedback and rosters? Do you have nightmares trying to figure out who in your company still needs to be trained on particular modules? The process of managing training becomes more difficult as companies grow and training becomes more formalized. Many companies turn to Learning Management Systems to track learning, certifications and participation, to organize and distribute e-learning, and to track employees’ progress. Please join us for a discussion of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Be ready to share your experiences with any systems you have tried and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of an LMS. Or, if you’ve never used an LMS, you are welcome to join the discussion to see if there may be a solution for you.
We are the ASTD (formerly known as the American Society of Training and Development) Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. We are made up of Trainers, Training Consultants, and Training Authors, and we welcome guests and new members!
